A small pup named Ava was unlucky to be born with two injured hind legs, making her life miserable. She was constantly covered in dirt and suffering from mange. However, luck was on her side when some rescuers were alerted to her situation and rushed to the scene. They took Ava to the veterinary clinic for a check-up, where it was discovered that she had an abnormally low red blood cell count, barely reaching 17%. This meant that she required medication to boost her blood cell count. In addition, her liver and kidneys weren’t functioning properly, and she needed treatment for a blood parasite.
On the 9th day of treatment, Ava is under the care of a vet for both her blood parasite and mange. Her skin is showing signs of improvement and she’s becoming more lively. She even tried to put weight on her left hind leg while balancing on her other two hind legs.
After thirteen days, the foster mother mentioned that it was necessary for her to bring the dog to a veterinarian to have an X-ray of its bones. She also mentioned that she would check the feces and temperature of the dog named Ava.
After being under treatment for over a month, Ava has finally started to show signs of improvement. Her coat is now smooth and silky, and she is active and friendly. The rescuers who saved her have earned a special place in her heart. Watch the video below to see the transformation for yourself. Don’t forget to share this heartwarming story with your loved ones!
