When a growth known as ceruminous adenoma was identified in his ear canals, he was promptly taken to a veterinarian for medical attention. Regrettably, the veterinarians had to completely remove the canal because of the seriousness of the situation.

Potato has made a full recovery after a successful surgery and is now living happily with a loving family. The good news doesn’t end there as Potato also has a new sibling and the two are having a great time playing together every day.

Every morning, this earless kitty is eager to embark on new adventures. And now, he’s decided to share his escapades with his loving adoptive family. They have found a cozy home for the little adventurer.

Potato, the inquisitive kitty, has his very own Instagram page that was created by his loving adoptive guardians. The account features his adventures and escapades which they diligently capture and share. They recently penned a blog detailing Potato’s past that revealed he was once a homeless cat and as a result, no one can pinpoint his exact age or birth date.

Potato’s family estimates that he’s around 6 years old, but since he’s been wandering the streets for some time, it’s hard to determine his precise age. Thus, they’ve decided to celebrate his birthday on April 25, 2019, with balloons and cake to mark the special occasion.

Potato’s joy comes from hanging out with his buddy Horlick and filling him in on all his daily escapades. His kinfolk fondly depict him as a warm-hearted kitty with sharp ears who adores playing games.

Earlier this month, the Progressive Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) welcomed a mother cat and her five polydactyl kittens into their care. Unfortunately, all six felines were born with radial hypoplasia – a benign genetic disorder that affects the length and shape of their forelimbs, making them clubfooted. One of PAWS’ volunteers, Ashley Morrison, met the family at the shelter and immediately fell in love with them. The mother, a beautiful coal-black cat, approached Ashley as if to say she was ready to go wherever the volunteer wanted to take her and her babies. Ashley was initially hesitant as she was looking for a break from her charity work, but she couldn’t resist the charm of these lovely creatures and welcomed them into her life.

According to Ashley, all the kittens in the family have extra fingers, with even their mom being born with them. It’s interesting to note that some of the kittens also have six-toed hind legs. However, this doesn’t seem to affect their playful nature as they frolic around just like any other kittens. The family consists of four boys named Ru, Skippy, Joey, and Marsupial Adams, along with one girl named Marilyn MonRu. Their mother is named Kanga.

In no time, they made themselves comfortable in their new foster home. Kanga was particularly fond of the cozy atmosphere and took her time exploring every corner of the place. Meanwhile, the children were busy jumping around the room, making a lot of noise and having fun. Among them, Pocket Adams stood out as the shortest member of the group, but what he lacked in height, he made up for in his lovable and charming personality. Interestingly, he got his nickname “Pochi” from the English word “pouch” which means pocket.

Meet Skippy, the fearless leader of his gang. He’s a true hero who craves the limelight and couldn’t fathom a life without it. His go-to move is a spectacular jump followed by a powerful kick from his large hind legs – it’s become his signature move!

The little felines were incredibly worked up. They typically cuddle up together on a massive bed following their outdoor playtime.
